Goal:
Increase of the footfall in the Mall.

Solution:

To increase the footfall in the Mall we identified the number of the Mall's "points of attraction."

These were: brands which are available only in this Mall, discounts and special offers, and tempting dishes from the restaurants, located in the Mall.

The content is published with the relevance to the season, time of the day, etc. There we appeal to the different reasons what people should come to the Shopping Mall for: coffee, dinner with friends, trendy fashion items, new cosmetics and so on.

We organize collaborations with local bloggers and stylists, create engaging videos and initiate user generated content.

We regularly conduct advertising campaigns to boost the number of followers.

Results:
The average increase of footfall in 2020 is 15,6% compared to the data of the same month in 2019 which was 7,5%.
